The Chamber Monthly Functions are a great way to introduce your business to the chambers members and advertise your services to other business owners.

Here are the important thins to remember when hosting the Chamber's monthly function:

  • We will need your logo and business information for the Chamber marketing material
  • The hosting business will provide catering (canapes and drinks) for the function attendees
  • The hosting business manages the set up and provides any marketing material to distribute to the attendees
  • A product or service showcase can also be conducted during the function, if appropriate for your business
  • The Chamber will distribute posters, e-flyers and email invites to the members and its own database
  • The Chamber is in charge of managing the meeting attendees (including providing name badges and registration)
